Koehlers Residence
The back grass being shaded and very sparse was not going to work. We decided to use artificial turf in the back yard as a solution for the poor performing turf.
More InfoThe Salt Lake City Avenues have such a great feel, perched on the hills of Salt Lake City, being apart of the city without the high rises. The Story Rental house defines this definition. Since this is a rental the owners wanted to keep maintenance and water use to a minimum without the feel of a gravel pit. So we chose to remove the sod, install commercial grade weed fabric and shredded chocolate mulch, with new plantings to come. We also wanted to take in the great views to the North, East and sunsets to the West. So we Incorporated a Chat pathway and patio for the residence to have a great shaded area to enjoy the beautiful summer weather.
