The Schmidt family built a gorgeous custom home on a corner lot tucked away in nearby Riverton. With three beautiful daughters and Chocolate Labrador Retrievers, they needed an outdoor space that would facilitate a variety of needs and activities. Room to run and play, wide open grassy turf to accentuate the gently sloping hills, garden areas, trees, plants, rock retaining walls, cobble, paver patio, gazebo, in ground trampoline, play set with rubber playground mulch, and functional gravel areas for parking and storage were some of the components that we incorporated into this design. As you can see from the pictures, all aspects of the project were accomplished and flow together to compliment and enhance this beautiful custom home. As with many of our clients, the Schmidt family became very good friends and supporters of the Summerhays team.
